Shipping & Cancellation Policy

At Goglify, we are committed to delivering premium-quality goggles with reliable service and complete transparency. Please read our shipping and cancellation policy carefully to understand how your orders are handled.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may take additional time.

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or email so you can monitor your shipment.


Shipping Charges

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and parcel weight.

  • Free shipping may be available during special offers or promotional campaigns.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • COD is available only for select pin codes.

  • A flat β‚Ή90 COD charge is applicable per order.


Address Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.

  • Goglify will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returns caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.

  • If you refuse delivery, return shipping charges (approx. β‚Ή120) will be deducted from the refund after the product is received back in its original condition and packaging.


Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders placed during sales, promotions, or clearance events.

  • Any customized or special-edition products, once processing has started.


Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after cancellation approval.

  • COD Orders: No refund is applicable, as no advance payment is collected.
