Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may take additional time.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or email so you can monitor your shipment.
Shipping Charges
For Prepaid Orders:

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and parcel weight.

Free shipping may be available during special offers or promotional campaigns.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

COD is available only for select pin codes.

A flat βΉ90 COD charge is applicable per order.
Address Responsibility

Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.

Goglify will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returns caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5β7 business days.
After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.

If you refuse delivery, return shipping charges (approx. βΉ120) will be deducted from the refund after the product is received back in its original condition and packaging.
Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders placed during sales, promotions, or clearance events.

Any customized or special-edition products, once processing has started.
Refund Timelines

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 5β7 working days after cancellation approval.

COD Orders: No refund is applicable, as no advance payment is collected.
