At Goglify, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please review the policy below to understand our guidelines for returns, refunds, and cancellations.


Return Eligibility

Return Window

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective goggles

  • Wrong product delivered

Note: Returns are not accepted for products delivered in perfect condition.


Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Goggles must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags, box, pouch, and packaging must be intact

  • Product must be in resalable condition


Non-Returnable Orders

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or clearance events

  • Customized or limited-edition products

  • Products showing signs of use, scratches, lens damage, or mishandling

  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or tags


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp with the following details:

Please share:

  • The word “Return”

  • Your Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo or video proof (mandatory for damaged or defective items)

Important:
Return requests made via Instagram DMs, email, or other platforms will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • Please use a reliable, trackable, and insured courier service

  • Goglify is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit


Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified via WhatsApp or email

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment method

  • COD Orders: Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation


Exchange Policy

  • Direct exchanges are not available

  • To receive a different model or variant, please complete the return process (if eligible) and place a new order on www.goglify.in


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified

  • For prepaid orders, approved cancellations are refunded within 3–5 business days
