Note: Returns are not accepted for products delivered in perfect condition.

Goggles must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Original tags, box, pouch, and packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Orders
We do not accept returns for:

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified via WhatsApp or email

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Method:

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment method

COD Orders: Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation
Exchange Policy

Direct exchanges are not available

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified

For prepaid orders, approved cancellations are refunded within 3–5 business days
